The granddaughter of Grace Kelly, a famous performer and Princess of Monaco, is now an adult and resembles her well-known grandmother.
A leading Hollywood star of the 1950s, she starred in many movies over her six-year career.
At twenty, Grace Kelly began her acting in New York City theaters and soon became one of the most desired actresses in Hollywood.
She also had a busy television career during the Golden Age of Television. Grace Kelly stood out as the most stunning among the elegant and sophisticated actresses of that time.
Born in Philadelphia, she symbolized style and grace and acted in several films from 1952 to 1956. One of these films was the adventure romance “Mogambo,” alongside Clark Gable and Ava Gardner, earning her a Golden Globe for best supporting actress.
The following year, she starred with Bing Crosby in “The Country Girl,” which brought her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
In just five years, she appeared in 11 films, including the comedy musical “High Society,” with Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra, and three Alfred Hitchcock thrillers: “Dial M for Murder,” “Rear Window,” and “To Catch a Thief,” starring alongside Cary Grant.
After marrying a prominent royal, she left show business to focus on humanitarian efforts and raising her three children: Princess Stephanie, Prince Albert II of Monaco, and Princess Caroline of Hanover.
Tragically, she had a stroke, lost control of her car, and died in the accident.
Her youngest daughter, Stephanie, then 17, was in the car with her and survived. Kelly was 52 at the time of her death.
Her children have had eleven children, all of whom share their grandmother’s elegance and grace. One of the youngest, 24-year-old Camille Gottlieb, daughter of Princess Stephanie and Jean-Raymond Gottlieb, lives in Monaco.
She has two older half-siblings, with Pauline Ducruet notably resembling their grandmother.
Camille, with her blue eyes, blonde hair, and red lipstick, clearly shows her relation to her grandmother. She does not qualify for the Monegasque throne, as her parents were not married at her birth and her father’s identity was initially hidden, according to Town & Country magazine.
With nearly 95,000 Instagram followers, Camille often posts selfies that highlight her resemblance to her famous grandmother.
It is a pity Grace Kelly did not live to see her family flourish.
