Heard was granted $2 million by the jury. Over the past two years, she has maintained a low profile.

In December 2022, Heard appealed but later settled outside court, stating, “I admit nothing. This settlement is not a compromise. I remain free to speak without limits.”

Heard acted in the 2023 movie Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom but skipped the promotional events.

Depp resurfaced at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, receiving a long applause of seven minutes for his movie, Jeanne Du Barry.

There were whispers of Depp’s romance with his UK lawyer, Joelle Rich, who defended him in another case against Heard. Their relationship, however, was never confirmed.

A person close to Heard shared that she is thriving. “She’s devoted to being a mother and her daughter. She’s content and settled in Spain, eager to avoid any drama related to Johnny or the court cases,” the source explained.

The same informant noted Depp is also faring well. “He’s relieved to be moving on and is thankful for his loyal supporters. He’s now focusing on his career,” they added.

Johnny Depp, now 61, is rumored to be in a new relationship. He is linked with 28-year-old Yulia Vlasova, but they are not officially together yet.
