Carol Vorderman, a TV star, puts a lot of effort into keeping her amazing figure. She recently shared pictures showing off her curvy shape in tight workout clothes that highlighted her toned body.
The Welsh presenter often posts clips of her intense gym sessions on Instagram. Fans love her and call her “Supervorders.”
When she’s not on TV, working out, flying planes, or posing with Tom Cruise, Carol spends time with one of her five “special friends.”
At 62, Vorderman marked 40 years on TV with over 10,000 appearances on shows like Countdown, Lorraine, The Great Celebrity Bake Off, and This Morning.
She’s not just about looks—she’s also very smart. In 2014, the mother of two earned her private pilot’s license. The next year, she joined NASA’s Challenger Center for Space Science Education, inspiring kids to explore space science.
Away from the screen, the former Have I Got News for You host keeps fit at the gym. “Women in their 60s weren’t taught to exercise,” she told HELLO! magazine. “As you age, you need to do weights, stretch, and squat. If you stop, you start creaking.” She added, “In a visual world, you have to focus more on appearance.”
Recently, she shared gym photos wearing a grey crop top and tight leggings. “Five gym sessions this week,” she wrote. “Eating clean, drinking water, walking, fresh air…my happy state.”
The pictures showed her lifting weights and doing rope curls, showing off her strong figure. Fans praised her looks, calling her “fountain of youth” and “Supervorders.” Others left flirty messages like, “I’d love to try and keep up with you” and “Wow, what a weekend with a special friend.”
Her post came after Dermot O’Leary joked about her love life on This Morning. Carol, who wasn’t on the show that day, became the target of Dermot’s humor. He joked about her “10-year no-strings-attached relationships” with her so-called “special friends.”
Later, a caller seeking advice on dating three men phoned into the show. Laughing, Dermot asked, “You wouldn’t be Carol Vorderman, would you?”
Carol, who’s open about her personal life, shared in an interview that she enjoys her setup with multiple partners. She doesn’t want to fall in love or get married again. She values her independence.
Single since her split from journalist Des Kelly in 2007, Carol was previously married to Christopher Mather (1985-1986) and Patrick King (1990-2000), the father of her two kids. She said, “I don’t want to marry again or live with a man. It’s freeing to not stick to the idea that one person has to fulfill everything.”
She added that her partners, all single, know about each other but have never met. “It’s honest, and it works. One has been in my life for 11 years, another for seven. My kids, Katie and Cameron, know most of them.”
Carol recently shared a video of herself dancing and lip-syncing to “It’s Raining Men.” Fans adored it, calling her moves “brilliant” and saying, “Resistance is futile.”
She remains dedicated to her workouts and values being true to herself and her relationships.
