Bikers found an ABANDONED DOG holding a plastic BAG in his mouth. When they looked inside they were shocked and RAN immediately for help. Here’s what the dog PROTECTED:

Paul Skinner, a 58-year-old man, went biking with some friends. As they were passing through a quiet part of the road, they noticed something strange moving in a ditch.

Curious, they decided to take a closer look. When they got near, they saw a frightened dog holding a sack in its mouth.

The men were shocked when they opened the sack. Inside were four dead puppies, all seemingly born on the same day.

Disturbed by what they found, they immediately called the police. Animal shelter workers came too, and they took the dog, naming her Carly.

After investigating, the police concluded that Carly had been left in the ditch right after giving birth. Carly stayed with her puppies, even though her owner had abandoned them.

It looked like she couldn’t open the tied plastic bag they were in. People hope Carly’s owner will be caught and punished for this terrible act.

He committed a cruel act by not only abandoning the mother and her pups but also sealing them in a plastic bag, giving them no chance to survive.

Carly is a cocker spaniel.

Sadly, cases of animal abuse and neglect are on the rise. Tougher laws and harsher punishments are needed for people who do this.
